This policy applies to all services purchased through thevipwebdesign.com. All services are digital and typically commence within days of payment. The refund conditions below reflect the stage at which work has been done at the time a cancellation is received.
A full refund is available if a written cancellation request is received within 5 calendar days of payment AND before the initial brief session has taken place. Cancellations must be sent by email to billing@thevipwebdesign.com with your name, order date, and Stripe reference number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Stripe processing fees where applicable are non-refundable.
After the brief session but before the first design deliverable is sent, the Client may request cancellation and receive a partial refund of 60% of the project fee. This reflects the time invested in the brief session, research, and project planning. No partial refund is available for the VIP Protection Plan after the onboarding audit has commenced.
No refund is available once the first design deliverable has been delivered and acknowledged by the Client, or once the Client has provided brief session approval and development has begun. No refund is available for dissatisfaction with a design direction that conforms to the agreed brief and has been approved through the revision process. No refund is available for the Rapid Rebuild service after the two-week delivery window has commenced and the Client has been delivered a staging URL.
By requesting immediate commencement of services at checkout (confirmed via the Terms of Service agreement at payment), EU consumers explicitly acknowledge that performance of the digital service begins immediately and that the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU ceases once service performance has begun. This is standard for bespoke professional digital services.
